Dr. Fazel has outstanding bedside manner and is warm, kind, highly knowledgeable, and professional. He always took the time to talk me through the entire process, carefully answered all of my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. The experience felt very manageable from start to finish, especially on the day of surgery where he was excellent at calming my nerves, making sure I felt comfortable, and reassuring me that I was safe in his hands.

His team were also excellent and made the whole process easy and seamless, which I especially appreciated as an international patient. The aftercare was also exceptional, with regular check-ins to ensure I was recovering well. Dr. Fazel was always available should I have any concerns or questions post-surgery, and was consistently attentive and supportive. Where I needed additional support, it was arranged quickly, and he personally took the time to care for me throughout my recovery.
