8 days post op and over the moon happy!
Dr Blechman did an experol nerve block during the surgery so I’ve only been taking Tylenol and Advil post op. I haven’t had any pain at all not even 1/10. I only feel minor soreness occasionally. The first week it was hard to get used to not pulling, pushing and lifting with your arms, until you’re not supposed to you don’t realize how often you need to do it. I am head over heels in love with my results and never thought I could have these results. My neck, shoulder and back pain that I suffered with 24/7 for 10 years is completely gone!! The only minor issue I had is the first time I took my compression bra off to shower I fainted so make sure you sit down and take compression bra off slowly and have someone with you the first couple of times, after the first couple of times I was completely fine.

Dr Blechman and his entire team are AMAZING! I couldn’t have asked for more personalized and specialized care! From the moment I called the office Brendan was so encouraging and set up my consultation quickly and easily. Leah and Alina were amazing with explaining the whole procedure and recovery to me start to finish, they were always available to answer any questions I had quickly. Frances explained the financial aspect of it clearly and was also so sweet and encouraging about the breast reduction. When you get to your surgery day Dr Blechman and Leah make you feel so comfortable and anxiety free. The best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. I was a 36J and now I am probably a 36D and I am ecstatic! My neck and back pain were instantly gone when I woke up with 50% less breast tissue. I have not had any post op pain and that is mainly attributed to the amazing method Dr Blechman has to keep his patients pain free without narcotics. Dr Blechman and his whole staff treated me like a friend, not just a patient and I am forever grateful for their help and the relief this procedure has given me!

Wow! You look amazing. My surgery is happening on November 18 and I'm nervous about it.
I was a 36JJ. I've been working out in hope to loose weight in my breasts... lol. That did not work. I'm currently down 20lbs, but with a 34JJ.
What procedure did you Dr use on you?
How was your recovery? Any complications?
Did you have drains? If so, how did that go?
Did you do any scaring treatments? Which one did you use?

Bilateral breast reduction with anchor incisions NO DRAINS thank God! Lol. Dr did experol nerve block injection during surgery so I didn't need any narcotics post op just Tylenol and Advil. I haven't had any pain and I am only 8 days post op. If you are anywhere NYC i highly suggest you go to doctor Blechman because he is a breast reduction expert and also an expert at minimizing post op pain. I just posted an updated picture without clothes! I am so so happy with my results!

What was the special procedure that he did ? And do you live in New York or did you travel for him to do the surgery ?

Dr Blechman did an experol nerve block shot during the surgery that lasts 3-5 days so you don't need any narcotics pain killers post surgery just Tylenol and Advil. I think every surgeon should do the experol nerve block shot it's a game changer to have basically no pain after just minor soreness and not get constipation nausea and brain fog from narcotics. I live in Staten Island and he is in Manhattan so it was an hour drive for me. He is so amazing I would see people should travel to go to him but I think it would definitely be difficult to travel post op because you can't pull push or lift so trying to get luggage on a plane would be impossible without someone to literally carry everything for you. I think if your close enough that someone could drive you a few hours it would be worth it but definitely get a hotel in NYC for a few days to rest before traveling home

They are so expensive and if I’m going to have a procedure within the next six months it is stupid to pay those exorbitant prices! I have never met anybody that was a 36 J Cup
