Best Decision Ever

Last year I had my first consultation with Dr.Reish and I never looked back. I was a 20 year old with triple D breast that just seemed to never stop growing and when I finally made the decision to get this surgery I already knew that Dr.Reish was the perfect surgeon for me after I got to know his work first hand from my mother who also had a procedure done with him. He and his awesome team were with me every step of the way from answering any questions that I had about the surgery to helping me contact my insurance company and getting the full price of my surgery covered by my insurance. When I had my first consultation from the moment I walked into his Manhattan office it just gave off the vibe of being very clean and professional but also warm, from the front desk receptionists greeting you to the time that you actually meet with Dr.Reish it was clear that he really cared about making the patient comfortable. I had my surgery in December so now I'm two months post-op and having surgery not only for the first time but also in the middle of covid by myself was very scary, but after having the virtual consultation and also having his assistant Stephanie ready to answer any questions that I had and also having all the information I needed prep for surgery was easy because everything was already laid out for me and in the end, all I had to do was get show up. What also was even more helpful was Dr.Reish also giving me his phone number if I had any questions and also a way to contact him after my surgery. My experience the day of surgery was also the most calming part about surgery, when I walked into the hospital the staff was very warm and kind and everything moved right on time, and meeting the anesthesiologist was also a great experience because that was the most part of the surgery that I was afraid of just because I did not know what to expect but it was great and before surgery, we had lots of laughter, I never had any doubts that I was not in the best hands possible and would be taken care of not once during the entire experience. By the time that Dr.Reish has arrived to draw up the surgical markings, I was beyond excited for surgery. After surgery recovery was not 100% simple but what made it better really was having access not only to the doctor but his entire company including the nurses at the hospital who were beyond nice. My pharmacy messed up my prescription and it was no problem to call his office and have the medication not only explained to me but also making sure I had the correct ones. I had my post-op appointment with his PA-Rachel and she was so nice and even though that after surgery breast reduction looked scary I never had any doubts that after I healed up it would be anything but perfect and now that I'm two months and most of the swelling and scars have started to settle it only made me happier than I had made the correct choice when choosing a plastic surgeon for such a life-changing surgery. Even when I had questions about the healing process or my scars had delayed healing I was able to contact Dr.Reish personally on his phone instead of having to go through the internet or even call his office. The fact that he was so available also made healing very easy because anytime there was a problem he was there with a solution and even through text message his bedside manner is what really was helpful because he was very calm and patient so it made it easy to contact him if I had any concerns. If you're thinking about getting a breast reduction with Dr.Richard Reish then I say definitely do it from everyone on his team is highly professional to the hospital during surgery and his office before and after surgery it will be a breeze and there will be nothing to worry about. One thing though to really take seriously is to definitely stock up on bacitracin ointment and also definitely make sure that you have a high protein diet. The best decision that I've ever made in my life. Thanks, Dr.Reish.
