Here they are three days after small revisions on scars and dog ears. They have their “things” but they’re so wonderful. Totally comfortable and I almost never think about them anymore. Mine forever. What a game-changer. For any of you feeling hesitant, do our work, find a good surgeon, and GO FOR IT. if you’re in the portland area, I cannot reconnect Dr. John s. Lee enough. Great surgeon, class act, VERY fair price.

6 months Post-Op Update

Just had my 6 month appointment last week. Dr. Lee said he thought it was time to go ahead with small scar revisions that we had anticipated needing to do even before I had this surgery (I have tight cleavage.) so Monday I went in for a fairly simple, in-office revision surgery. No additional cost for me since revisions are included in original surgery cost. He fixed both dog ears at my sides, and fixed the unnatural angles near the cleavage. I just took the bandages off at the 48hr mark, and I’m SO impressed. Even with steri-strips on, I can see that the shape and scars are now perfect! My journey is coming to an end. I’ll post pics soon. (Once I take some!)

11 weeks Post Op.

Made it past the two month mark and I’m feeling good. My breast have no pain or sensitivity issues at all any more. They feel SO comfortable as I go about my daily life now. Cute. Comfy. Awesome. The scars are still pink but they’re fading. And they don’t bother me so whatever. I have a little “pooch” or dog ear at the armpit end of the horizontal scars. Even with lipo they happened, but they’re only noticeable when I raise my arms overhead. My hematoma swelling is 90% gone. That breast is still more firm/dense, but I do daily massage and I think it’ll chill out over time. I can’t tell you how happy I am with this surgery. It’s truly life-changing. I feel like a normal woman. I have taken up fishing again and I swam all summer with my family and I never had to consider how to support/camouflage my big boobs. Ultimate freedom!! Also, the scar strips were a pain, and the paint-on scar gel smelled like wart remover! So I just use Mederma scar cream and I massage them with oil before bed and that’s it. Simple and not stinky!

Actually they turned out looking really good. I have light skin too and find even now at 13 months post surgery, my scars look a bit red when I exert myself or after being in hot water. But other than that they have faded quite a bit. Honestly I don't care a bit about the scars, I do consider whether to have anything done about the bit of dog ears I have, but I too swam all summer so didn't even want to think about being restricted again! I haven't used any scar treatments either, just some lotion or oil or a mixture(shea butter, rose hip oil, that type of thing). I'm still working on massaging some of the areas under my breasts that feel tight, it's a bit of an ongoing process.
Hey my friend, you look great!! healed so nicely!! I need to do an update actually I am today! How are you??
