The Most Seamless Experience - Best Decision I Have Made.

After years and years of researching, tossing and turning, I finally made the decision to book my first consultation for a breast reduction with Dr Natalie Ngan. It was something I had wanted to do since I was 18 and at 25, I finally took the first step to get the ball rolling.
The moment I met both Natalie and her team, I felt so extraordinarily at ease. Cindy welcomed me in with a warm smile on her face, which instantly settled my nerves. She was so warm and bubbly and just made the whole process feel easy.
When I had my meeting with Natalie, she was exactly the same. Just so bright and smiley which instantly made me feel comfortable enough with her to express my concerns and desires with no problem at all. Above all, what I loved most about Dr Natalie Ngan was her sincerity. I could see that Natalie was genuinely passionate about her work and finds reward in the difference she is able to make in the lives of her patients - whether that be physical, mental or both! I booked in right away for surgery because there was just not a shadow of doubt I found the best surgeon - an expert in her specialty with a wonderful level of care and sincerity towards her patients.
I am now 3 weeks post op and could not be any happier with my results. They are the perfect size and shape, and I am honestly gobsmacked at how seamless the whole process has felt. It just has been so easy - pre-op, op-day, and post-op.
I seriously cannot thank Dr Natalie Ngan and her team enough. I would recommend her to anyone and in fact, already have to a couple of friends who are considering the procedure as well. I really cannot tell you how incredible she is and how she is changed my life instrumentally - even at just 3 weeks post op - for the better. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
