I've wanted a breast reduction since I was in high school. After having kids and breastfeeding and then losing 70 lbs it was much needed. Surgery went great and everyone at the surgery center was awesome. I had surgery at 8:00 and was home taking a nap by 1:00. Very little pain other than the 1st hour afterwards I had intense burning around my incision area. The ice or pain meds didn't really touch the burning sensation. By the time I got home it had subsided though. 2 days after my surgery I unwrapped the ace bandages and surgical bra they had sent me home in and showered. Everything looked so good and better than I had pictured. Very little bruising. On day 5 the bruising started to show up, but I was expecting black and blue bruising and I only had yellow/green bruises so once again I was pleasantly surprised.
