So thankful to the gifted surgeon and his staff! Relief! Perky at 57

There aren’t enough adjectives..fantastic, kind, compassionate, gifted, professional, patient, top notch…I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Lampert and his staff for the life changing surgery they performed. Old, painful, crushed breast implants were way past due to be removed. It took years to find him. Every other surgeon I consulted with wanted to sell me a new set. After years of pain and discomfort all I wanted was to get them out! And possibly repair the damaged tissue all around them. Finally, I found these people. Dr. Lampert is heaven sent. He and his staff. He spent hours with me during the consultation, answering questions, explaining my options after examining me and the results of the scans and tests he ordered. They are very meticulous about your health and medical issues. I never felt so comfortable going into a surgery as this. It turned out that feeling was for good reason. Everything went exceptionally well. The level of discomfort afterwards was pretty minimal I thought with all the work that was done. I am now a month after surgery and there are not enough words to express how good I feel or how eternally grateful I will be for what they did for me. I implore any woman who needs reconstruction and/or removal of breast implants that has suffered and is looking for the right person, look no more. He IS the one you need. He and his staff. Go see him! I wish I could have found him long ago, and hope this post may help others get the help they need to get their lives back.

I had implants put in around 23 years ago. Young and dumb, I actually thought they lasted forever. I wasn’t told that you needed to remove or replace every 10 to 15 years. Well mine became very painful, particularly after a mammogram. Crushed, more painful, and hard as a softball. Previous unfortunate encounters with doctors and anesthesia had me scared to do any surgery.

It also took me years to find a surgeon who would remove only and leave me with something acceptable. Most of them want to sell you another set of implants. Not an option, I never want them again. This surgeon actually specializes in removal and reconstruction of what I had left. I was unusually comfortable with him and his staff. He spent a lot of time with me, videos, before and after pics, a lot of background questions, the works.

I finally did it at their surgery center a few weeks ago. All went perfectly, just as expected. It is a tremendous relief to have done something that I waited so long to do. I feel such gratitude towards Dr. Lampert and his entire staff, words cannot express. It’s been a few weeks and already the difference is quite apparent.

I can’t believe I lived with those things in me for so long. I also didn’t mention the fibromyalgia I have suffered with for years, that might have been aggravated by the implants. Any improvement there remains to yet be seen. But I will STRONGLY urge any woman looking for the right person to rid you of your implants, this IS the guy. The end result looks better than I even expected, perky at 57! Just do it! Don’t wait as long as I did, now you know where to go.
