Could Another Surgery Fix What Happened ?

I got a breast reduction a month after my 19th birthday so in March 2017 (5 years ago). I liked the end results except for some dog tags and they were a lot more spaced out from the scares in the middle. I got sick a year after the reduction and lost 50lb and all my boobs that were left.

I use to be a 30KK and the reduction brought me to a 30DD. I am now a 30A if I'm lucky. My weight went from a 175lb to 125lb. Will gaining weight back help me to gain my boobs back? And if so by how by much? I liked the DD but being an A after being so big all my life has made me extremely self conscious and depressed for the last few years.

Is there anything that can also be done for how separated they now are too ? They fall to my armpits when I put on a low V neck shirt and it looks so weird now. Some bralettes don't even fit because of the separation. I'm having a hard time thinking this was a good decision, especially if I can't fix it the problem or if it ends up costing me more to fix the problem then they it did to get the reduction for my body pains in the first place.

Someone please help. What are some possible options to fix this ?
