6 weeks post-op - they are the exact size and shape I was looking for

I couldn’t have asked for better results. I had very small tubular breasts before my first set of implants done by another surgeon. From the get go they looked off and I ended up developing capsular contracture very soon after surgery. I went to my post op visits with him for a year and a half and he told me eventually my breasts would drop and fluff. He was lying. Or didn’t know what he was talking about. Because they never never dropped/fluffed. Two years later after doing all the massaging/band wearing, the implants remained very high, so high that my nipple was at the base of the boob by the mammary fold. Also my implants were tough to the touch and didn’t feel like boobs.

Fast forward and I meet Dr. Christopolous out and about one day. I find out she is a plastic surgeon and so naturally I start telling her my situation. She gives me her card and I called to set up an appointment shortly thereafter.

From the get go I felt very at ease, despite the fact that I had a poorly done breast job by another surgeon - so naturally going into the appointment I was nervous.

She explained my situation thoroughly and how she planned on correcting the mistake. She was patient and listened to my concerns and her staff were quick to answer my emails when I needed more reassurance/information.

Fast forward to 3-4 days post op. I was surprised at how little pain I was in and how minimal the bruising was despite Dr. C stating how much work needed to be done to remove the old implants and scar tissue.

We are now 6 weeks post op and these boobs are the exact size and shape and placement I was looking for. My nipple, thank the lord, is now in the center of my breast. And my boobs are once again squishy! I’m no longer self conscious to take my top off around my boyfriend (all me not him). I still have a little bit of a crease where my old mammary fold was - which has already relaxed a lot and will continue to relax. But other than that, they are absolutely perfect and I am so happy,
