Samson assured me implants were safe and acted like the bi-yearly MRI was just a rule, and all the lawsuits and problems with implants were bogus. Dismissed my pain and cosmetic issues. Later I had a "silent rupture". Silicone leaked into my body. Even the cohesive implants can leach. 

Plastic surgeons like him are making loads of money and what is supposed to help us feel better makes a much harder time of recovering from cancer. It looked bad too. I would do aesthetic flat closure if I knew then. I was misled.
