After having four previous sets of breast implants - two saline and two silicone - with three different surgeons, I came to Dr. Cross completely at my wits’ end. I felt deformed and was in an incredible amount of pain. My implants had repeatedly encapsulated, shifted, turned, and caused one problem after another. At that point, I honestly didn’t know if my breasts could ever be repaired.

What we didn’t know going into surgery was that Dr. Cross would discover extensive areas of dead breast tissue left behind from my previous surgeries. What could have been an incredibly overwhelming situation was handled with so much care, patience, and expertise.

It ultimately took two surgeries to remove all of the dead tissue and completely reconstruct my breasts without implants, using fat alone. Dr. Cross took the time to do what was necessary rather than taking the easy or quick route, and I will forever be grateful for that.

I truly cannot express how thankful I am to Dr. Cross and his entire team. From my very first consultation through my recovery, I felt like I was in the best hands. After years of complications, pain, and frustration, I finally feel comfortable and confident in my body again.

Dr. Cross didn’t just remove my implants - he gave me a chance to feel like myself again. I am beyond grateful for his thoughtful, dedicated approach and for the care he put into every step of my reconstruction. I would recommend him and his team without hesitation.
