Grateful for State of the Art Care

From my first visit with Dr. Lin I knew I was in capable, caring hands. Together with my breast cancer surgeon he assisted in my journey for a trip I had not planned on taking. Although my breast cancer surgical plan was for breast conservation surgery and radiation, the extent of my disease had other plans. After a lumpectomy then partial mastectomy and mastopecty I was faced with the need for a full mastectomy. Dr. Lin and his associates performed a DIEP reconstruction after my mastectomy. I did not want an implant and was grateful this permanent option was available to me. Post op, his care and support continued, he was open to my requests for early physical therapy and monitored my healing and recovery carefully. I am three years out from my mastectomy and reconstruction and doing well. Skilled, caring, competent physicians make all the difference.
