Excellent Surgical Skills and Empathy

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 multi focal breast cancer and went through breast reconstruction surgery by Dr.Chia. Dr. Chia is one of the most empathetic persons I have met and her empathy is wonderfully complimented by her skill in plastic surgery. I had bigger saggy breasts and Dr.Chia used it to my advantage, performing oncoplastic reconstruction where the part of breast remaining after tumor removal was reconstructed and the other breast was reduced to match the size. Suffice to say that after almost a year, I look much better than I did before surgery. I had minimal issues following surgery and Dr. Chia and her team were a constant source of support throughout the process including support for insurance claims. She made one of the most traumatic experiences of my life bearable and for this I will always be thankful. I hope and pray no one has to go through this situation but if you ever have to go under the knife for any kind of plastic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Chia.
