Best Decision I've Ever Made, Mark Has Restored my Confidence with His Skills & Perfection
WORTH IT
I had a breast lift without implants 2 months ago now. I had originally booked with someone else but a friend of mine recommend Mark so i thought i'll book a consultation with him also but as soon as i met Mark i felt totally comfortable with him, his warm and caring and explained everything to me to get the best results, as soon as i left his office i knew straight away that he was the surgeon for me.
I had my daughter many years ago and over the years my breast has gradually lost gravity until i was at a point where i was totally unhappy with them. I'm 50 now and i knew it was only going to get worse.
I have wanted a breast lift for many years and went to other consultations in the UK and also had a consultation via zoom with Turkey and was advised to have a lift with implants, but after doing a lot of research last year i decided on just having a lift because i didn't want to look bigger than i was and when i saw Mark he agreed that i only needed a lift.
I booked my appointment with Christine who is Mark's PA, she's amazing and you can call or Whatsapp her anytime. Christine will always get back to you and answer any questions you may have, she even sent me a good luck message the day before the surgery, which was so nice of her.
I was booked in at Highgate Private Hospital, the room was really nice and clean, nurses were caring and they would always check in to see if i was ok, the food was amazing too.
My surgery was slightly delayed and i think that was the only time i started to feel nervous, but Mark came up to my room and we had a chat, he got me all marked up and ready for surgery, after his visit i was completely relaxed and ready to go.
My healing overall has gone really well, i went home the same evening and remembered feeling my nipples to see if i still had sensation and was pleasantly surprised that i hadn't lost that at all. My breast was quite high but i knew this was only temporary. The first day i felt some pain but i only took paracetamol as the pain wasn't bad enough for anything else.
I used ice packs to help with the swelling, which worked well.
Just before my 2 week appointment i developed hard lumps in my right breast under my armpit, i got a bit worried but when i saw Mark he reassured me it was nothing to worry about and that i should just massage it and it will start to soften and he was absolutely right.
When the dressing was removed i was so surprised on how neat Mark had done the incisions, i was so impressed.
As the weeks passed my breast were looking better and better and they had started to lower into position. In week 3 in the Ancor join it was taking a little longer to heal so i used the Inadine Dressing as suggested in Christine's email and it was completed healed within 3 days.
1 month post op i started using the Silicone sheets to help with the healing which i still use now.
The only problem i had was sleeping on my back which was a nightmare for me, i'm a side sleeper so i found that very difficult. I already had a V pillow which was very helpful for me.
I drank 2 litres of water a day and went on short walks to help with the blood circulation.
Now 2 months in my breast look amazing and they have formed a beautiful shape, Mark has truly changed my life and i can't thank him enough, his a remarkable surgeon and i highly recommend him. Thanks Mark x
