Revised pic of my scars

My scars are super bright red right now which is exactly what my facelift scars behind my ears looked like for about 3-4 mos post-op. Unfortunately I’m one of those people who flushes bright red and my scars are always fire red whenever any of my wounds heal. Kind of jealous of the other gals here who turn pink after. I’m crimson red for a while but luckily fade to a clear white lol.
On another note, I haven’t been able to hold my breasts up with my arms laying down since I can’t tell you when. Since I had kids I’ve always had the empty loose skin and the resulting deformed, wrinkled nipples whenever I tried. Can’t tell you how amazing this feels—extremely firm and well-defined. Words can’t describe how much I adore my breasts.

Week 7 Pics of My Scars

Also, I’m switching to sleep bras full-time for both day and night wear. They can even pass as a tank/crop top. They are so extremely comfortable and supportive while also not putting any pressure or constriction on my breasts—I tried this one from Amazon and loved it and ordered a few more. This is as close to going braless as you can get which is exactly what I want lol. I’ll never wear underwire or padding ever again.
So happy! Each day gets better!

6 weeks out tmw

Happy to say I’ve hit the six week mark and I can resume normal activities. Started to use my exercise bands again today which is awesome! Need to get back in shape.

The suture spitting wound under my right breast finally closed completely. A bit of extra scar tissue under there but I’m not too worried.

They’ve dropped a little bit but they’re still high. I just hope I’m not to prone to sagging again so soon because they’re still relatively big and my skin was so loose. Making sure I build up my pectorals so I can stay toned and keep my skin tight.

Scars are light reddish pink now and I will begin using my silicone strips along with daily massage and my gel. In the past few days I had a “whoosh” period of rapid healing—everything just started to look more normal again and my skin looked healthier overall. My nipples also seemed a lot less “angry” and they got their more pinkish color back.

Super happy. Oh and Dr. Burns, my husband told me to tell you he’s super happy too! ;)
