breast reduction with lift - don’t go here, horrific & expensive

Absolutely horrible and would not recommend. 0 out of 10! Probably one of the most horrific, and expensive experiences of my life. I went to this doctor for a breast reduction with a lift and came out almost losing my life. The staff was often times rude. I was given misinformation often. I had to come see the doctor many times within the course of the year, just to have surgery day cancelled and unable to reschedule because I ate 3 crackers. I got significant amount of calls in large detail of what I need to know about the surgery and expected to remember and adhere to everything with almost nothing in writing. Almost nothing in writing was given at those extremely expensive mandatory in-person appointments (I live out of state). As well, the team made sure that I was completely stressed, and unprepared for my surgery. Left the hospital (the day of surgery which was cancelled) in tears and despite spending over a non-refundable $2000 dollars in total for all the appointments, hotel, and rides and the doctor still refused to reschedule my surgery which was extremely insensitive. I had to take an unnecessary Covid test as well IN THEIR STATE and had to be in a specific hospital. 24 hours before the surgery, the operation facility told me that I did not have to take it at their hospital and I can bring results from a hospital closer to home. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life and I tell everyone I know about it. Ridiculous all over. I also put a review on google reviews as well and I am telling everyone I know about these kinds of experiences so they can avoid what I suffered through.
