Professional, Friendly and Simply Amazing!

I'm so glad that I picked Dr. Owens and staff from all other options I had. I needed help with my old implants and breast lift. During my interview with Dr. Owens, I asked gazillion questions and she answered all of them without getting upset or irritated. She explained step by step; she never promised more than can be done; she was very thorough and honest about results of the surgery. She is not just a doctor who's doing her job and then goes home. She is a human, a woman and a friend, if needed. She would check on you late at night after her long hours in surgeries just to make sure you are physically and mentally doing well after your surgery. Avalon staff is amazing; they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and don't feel like you are at your ordinary doctor visit. I personally feel like I am visiting my siblings; that's how comfortable I am every time I have appointment with them. Dr. Owens is another level of surgeons; besides her professionalism, I am fascinated by her simplicity and kindness.
