Implant scar with no implants & natural breast tissue significantly reduced

Worked through a company called academy clinic. I repeatedly asked if they could do implants and uplift at the same time; they reassured me multiple times they could. I flew over to turkey where they said they would do an uplift; no implants. Dr mete also tried to do implants and so I had an implant scar with no implants. Dr mete reduced my natural breast tissue significantly; something he NEVER told me he would do: I came to turkey for augmentation, j never would have went ahead with a reduction. After said procedure my nipples were also way too high, I have since had surgery elsewhere to try to corrrct this but I’m essentially botched for life. I was a glamour model prior to having surgery with dr mete. I tried to reach out to him on Instagram and never recieved a reply: I had my follow up consultation in turkey with another surgeon who did not even do my operation? I also got necrosis and lost a third of my areola. Avoid at all costs.
