From the beginning communication between his excellent office staff and myself was so easy and informative. Jana answered many of my basic questions, directed me to Dr. Horndeski’s videos, and then set me up for a phone appointment with the doctor. At the pre-op (which happened at the hospital on surgery day because of a flight delay) the doctor and his assistant took the time to really look at my “wish pics” I brought. I was concerned about too much cleavage and he took steps to make my breasts a little further apart. I wanted smaller than average areolas. His assistant convinced me to not go too small because I have larger than average nipples. I’m not positive I agree with her but we shall see as my healing continues. Like many patients have reported before, his computer software and the precise measurements were very impressive and comforting.
