Updated Pics

I feel like these poor breasts are still a work in progress. They are certainly better than I started out, the recent revision improved the shape even more, but I really think they could still be improved a bit more.

Not Sure About These

I've waited just over a month to post updated pics of this breast revision. I know how much they can change from when they are done until say 6 months after. So I guess it's not really fair to judge how they look now, with how they may look in another 5 or 6 months. I look at them and see the nipples a bit too high, the left one slightly smaller now than the right, even though I'd been specific I wanted to keep as large of an areola as possible, they are now significantly smaller than the 5 inch long by 3 inch wide ovals I had before.
The "potato" I've mentioned so many times that's on the right breast from that flap thing he did the first time, it's not really visible now, but most of it is still in there and easily felt. I think he buried it deeper or something, since it doesn't stand out like it did before, but at least half of it remains. I'd asked for all of it to be removed, but I have a feeling since the right one is smaller to begin with, he likely felt if he removed it, it would look even smaller. But it feels weird. I even had a nurse tell me to be sure in the future when I get a mammogram to tell them what's in there, since if one didn't know, they would assume it's some large growth!
What do you all think, do they look weird to you? Don't hold back.

Some Pics After Revision

These were freshly bandaged today when the home care nurse came, but I saw the much smaller areolas, and am not happy about that at all, but most of the hardness of that side boob flaps that I referred to as "the potato" on the right, which was huge, misshapen, that my family doctor was horrified by, and a nurse at the hospital was also not impressed with, are mostly gone. There was a small hard spot on the left one I called "the tatter tot", it's removed, and on the right we now have a small tatter tot sized hard lump now, but I'm not going to ask for further revision on it.

I was mistaken apparently, when I thought a fat transfer had taken place, his assistant at the time had said there was, but she was also mistaken. The side boob flap thing, which I was told was done at no extra cost, is not a traditional fat transfer, which I thought was happening as part of the revision. I was told that was another entire 10k procedure, which I had no clue about. I've spent a years pay on all these procedures combined in the last 2 1/2 years as it is.
