Today was the first day I was consipated. It was hell! I took some stool softeners right after and will continue to take them. Especially with the holidays coming up.
My bandages will be removed on 11/21 and I hope to give you guys a full picture of the front. My waist is tiny and I can literally feel my skin contracting. I am so excited to see my results.
I have to take some Motrin at work with lunch to deal with the soreness but other wise I’m ok.

Day 6- Bruised and Stiff and Sore
Day 1-5 wasn’t bad I am just sore similar to a hard work out. My breast lift doesn’t bother me at all, it the lipo that has me sore. However, I can not hold my urine when I have to go and boy oh boy do I have to go!
The other interesting aspect is that I would get headaches if I was nutritionally deficient since I was urinating so much. So I had to be sure I was taking enough vitamins.
