Breast lift with implants

WORTH IT$8,000
My breasts have always been pretty full, and since I can remember, large. My motivation for this surgery was to no longer wear a bra, and get very full upper pole fullness. I am about 5'3 and 106 lbs. My cup size starting was a deflated 32D-DD.

Day 1 post surgery

Yesterday was my surgery day! I choose to go with a 400cc look. I found the sizing part of this experience the hardest part. It is really hard to decide on a size when you already have big boobs (I’ve always been a 30DD or 32D). With a lift, Dr krau not only brings the skin in, but takes the saggy breast tissue from below the crease as well, so that the pocket where he puts the implant is actually lifted and there is less tension on the wound. With that being said, I found it hard to choose a size because I was unsure of how much tissue he would take from me. It turns out he took a bit over 100grams from each side, which I think is a lot. When I first got home yesterday, I felt like I couldn’t see much cleavage from the swelling and felt they looked a bit small. Today I saw them in the office for my follow up, and they look much bigger without the bra. He ended up doing 400cc mentor HP implant on left and 425cc mentor HP on right. This is because my left breast was a little larger to start with and also the rib cage on the left side is more frontwardly rotated.
My pain level is currently a 5 or 6. When the pain meds wear away it can be an 8 - I find that the pain is more surrounding the incisions and isn’t related to my breasts feeling “tight” or large.
I’m waiting to get my official “before” pics taken in the office yesteday. Included with this review are my photos I took today after taking the bra off for the first time. It’s been a little over 24 hours since my surgery. So far I am happy albeit I wish I went a little bit bigger!

Hi! Congrats you look great. My surgery is this week and I'm having a really hard time choosing size also. Could you tell me what size you chose? I know he used 400/425, but did you pick 300? Thx!

I chose 400! It was my decision in the end, never his - he made it clear it was up to me. That's why it was so hard!!! I finally decided 400 literally at the last minute and he said ok, I'm going to do 425 on right side because your left chest is pushed out a little more due to ur rib cage and the left breast is a little bigger to start. He obviously did a great job. good luck with your surgery girl!!!!

You look amazing!!!! Do you mind me asking how much you paid - was it $8000 exactly?
