Trust the Expert and the Process

Dr. Cohen is all about the most natural, appropriate breasts for your body type. I’m so glad I trusted my gut by choosing him. I wanted to be a C (but absolutely nothing larger as I’m only 5’1” and 105 lbs). I’m also 41 and realize giant breasts aren’t fun anymore lol. Although we tried out sizing in the office, I let him make the final call on the operating table. He went with 185cc and 195cc implants. People are surprised to learn these sizes got me to my desired result. No fat grafting (I don’t have much to work with). Just existing breast tissue and the implants. Recovery is a process — less so physically and more so mentally for me. The anchor incisions and large/high boobs will freak you out at first. But trust the process. At 5 months post op, scars continue to fade and I’m back to my normal workout routine with Pilates and barre classes.
