6 Weeks Mark!
Time flies! Thought I was able to wear normal bras after the last update but I was wrong... During the follow up appointment I was told to continue wearing my surgical bra and compression band for another two weeks until next Tue. I think it's because my left side is still dropping and my itchiness shows how sensitive my skin is.
Regardless, I still went to get bra sizing for fun because I know my size wont change drastically from now on anyways. Plus! There is a massive sale I definitely don't want to miss out on that! I went to Change Lingerie 3 times and different ladies gave me different measurements. After buying all the sizes and actually try on a million times at home, I think 30I is the fittest. Can't trust fitting room mirrors! For sport bras, I find VS knockout is the best supportive one!
I'm so happy that I can finally buy whatever bra I want and not worry about gravity and asymmetry! My biggest concern now is how badly my scar would be in the future. I still can't use any scar cream yet and my wounds are becoming red, though they are fully closed now. No buildup yet but I really want to do something about it to prevent it asap.
I miss the gym and I gained weight during this recovery. Need to plan for a good come back later on!
FYI: It doesn't hurt to touch or gently squeeze them. But I would suggest stay away from any boob actions during intimacy haha #firstworldproblem

Itchy skin
The last couple of days the skin around my breasts became really itchy! Not sure if it was due to the hot humid weather or the surgical tapes that was on me for the past 3 weeks... I scratched it so hard one night I couldn't put back the surgical bra on because of the burning skin. My entire boob was red because I was scratching around the tapes. I slept without it for for first time. And I put on an ice pack to alleviate the itch.
I contacted Dr. Pugash the next day and he told me to remove the tapes and use an anti itch ointment. The itching is finally gone. I was supposed to keep the tapes on for a bit longer but removing them seems to also help with the itching.
It's pretty cool looking in the mirror because I look like Frankenstein's wife with all the stitched up boob haha! There are scabs and sutures sticking out of my skin. Not pretty but funny looking lol! Still bruises on the bottom of my breasts. I can tell the implants are definitely slowly dropping but the bottom of my breasts are still bumpy and not smooth yet.
One side is still higher than the other. But I guess nothing is perfect and it is already 100% better than before so I just need to get over it and enjoy the perkiness I finally have!
Booked my bra fitting appointment at my 1 month mark with Diane's Lingerie. Excited to see what size I am! I'm band size 30/32, and I know I'm definitely larger than DDD... Specialty bras are so expensive..... I might try to find a sister size in the VS sport bra section.
PS: Anyone has recommendations on effective scar treatments?

Tips: Things to prepare before surgery
Not much to update as my breast shape and bruises haven't changed much. I'm slowly tightening my compression band hoping it'll help mine drop faster. I feel really bloated and chubby since Day 1 PO. But I think I'll get back in shape as soon as I'm back to the gym.
Went shopping yesterday and wanted to try on Lululemon front zipper sport bras for fun. NOTHING FITS! I tried the largest size for 32 and 34 band and I can barely close up the front! A little bummed out by all the pretty sport bra and lingerie brands that I will no longer be able to shop, but I rather have big boobs! Can't wait to get my proper measurements to know my actual size! Any recommendations on where to buy nice/sexy looking sport bras and lingerie for large cup size?
Anyways, here are my tips on things to prepare before surgery:
1. 24/7 helper for at least the first 24 hours after surgery. You will need help getting in and out of bed.
2. Bendy straws. So you don't have to lift a mug.
3. Ice pack. Good for easing pain.
4. Smooth Move tea. The medication will cause constipation. You need this.
5. Tylenol. For before and after surgery. (Double check with your doc)
6. Advil. For after surgery only. (Double check with your doc)
7. Kelo-Cote Scar gel. I wanted to use this to supplement the doc's scar treatment. I heard it's really good.
8. Body wipes & dry shampoo. Because you can't shower for the first couple of days.
Hope this helps ladies!
