Thrilled with my results
I have 3 children and I have been wanting to get a breast lift for as long as I can remember. I originally got implants when I was 21 and I’m now 42. I should have gotten a lift on my right breast when I was 21, but my doctor didn’t think I’d want an anchor scar at such a young age. Cut to 21 years later, I have had 3 kids and breast fed each of them for a year each- my boobs were in desperate need of help. My OB had recommended Dr. Rady Rahban years prior and then when I finally convinced my husband to let me do it (he was against the surgery- he said my breasts were perfect the way they were. He was definitely delusional.) I did some research and made 3 appointments for consultations. Doctor Rahban was my first appointment. I was super excited about meeting with him because when I called to make the appointment, his staff couldn’t have been nicer. I went in with a laundry list of questions ranging from asking about nipple sensitivity, size, incisions, how much down time I’d have after surgery, and scarring. I got there and waited a while for Dr. Rahban to come in, but I was warned in advance that I would be there a while. He came in and during his consultation with me he took his time to explain EVERYTHING. He answered all of my questions and addressed things I didn’t even think to ask. I left feeling confident that I wanted him to do my surgery. I called and canceled my other consult and called Sally to book my surgery. She was amazing in trying to get me in ASAP. My pre opp appointment was great, they explained to me again what to expect. Surgery day finally arrived and I was dropped off at the surgery center (because of COVID my husband was not allowed to come back with me.) I had quite a bit of time on my own before surgery and instead of being nervous, I was so excited. I had waited a long time to do this and I was 100% confident that I was doing it with the right person. When Dr. Rahban came in to mark me up, he again explained things to me and my confidence and excitement grew. Surgery went great and I went home to recover. Recovery was totally fine- not terrible at all. Definitely has discomfort, but nothing unbearable. I went in one week after surgery and got a chance to see my new perky breasts for the first time. Erika took all my stitches out and she was so gentle. A week later I went in and they removed my scabs with a razor. Sounds terrible, but it didn’t hurt at all because Erika is awesome! My next appointment was 6 weeks after surgery. I met with Dr. Rahban and he answered any questions I had and he cleared me to resume all activities. I also took my post opp pictures. Every time I went into the office I was greeted by his awesome staff and when I was meeting with Dr. Rahban or Erika, I never felt rushed and all my questions and concerns were always addressed. Doctor Rahban is an absolute perfectionist and I couldn’t be happier with my results.
