I have my surgery scheduled with Dr pollack on June 3 for the first stage of my surgeries. I’m excited to work with Dr pollack and team after seeing my best friends lift/augmentation. I have met with 6 other surgeons and felt like I had the best connection with him and got to see his work in person. A little about me: I was naturally a 32F when I was younger. After my daughter that I breastfed for 18 months I went down to a 36DD. After a few losses and a stillbirth, I still wear 36DD but I don’t fill it out. I want to be back to an E/F. Dr pollack said I would have enough tissue to be a large C small D and thought we should stage it out to maximize my results. He said we could do the augmentation 3-6 months after the first surgery.

Right after surgery I felt burning but nothing unbearable. As I got home, I took 1 Norco and a nap and had virtually no pain at all. I think it's from getting the exparel injections.
When I woke up this am, I felt like I worked out really hard. It feels similar to the ache when you pull a muscle, I'm assuming that's just from the swelling. Sleeping sitting up wasn't bad at all, the trick is having pillows under your knees and arms.
I did wake up with a phlemy couch, the nurse called earlier and said the intubation most likely aggravated my asthma. So far so good. Im all bandaged up so I can't see anything but I feel really small lol
