Potential BII(Breast Implant Illness)

It's been 6 weeks since surgery. Week 3 I started experiencing rashes on different areas of my body every day. I have convinced myself that it may be from the new laundry detergent because I didn't wash clothes with it until week 3 and that's when I started experiencing rashes. I have started rewashing all of my clothing and sheets with vinegar and baking soda to get rid of the compounds from the Gain laundry detergent. I will wait until the end of January to determine if it was the detergent or a reaction from the implants. Other than that I also wake up with tightness around my breast. I massage them for a few secs then the tightness goes away. I have been using Arnica bruise gel, neosporin, cocoa butter stick, Scar away bandages, and gel from a natural aloe vera plant to heal my scars. I do my daily massage routine of my breasts and massaging on my scars to help soften any hardness that could turn into keloid.

Smooth Sailing In & Out

I had a breast lift with 360cc silicone implants. I had the anchor incision and submuscular placement. I live in Las Vegas and heard of Dr. Timothy Alexander from a friend that have had 20yrs plus body contouring with him with amazing results. I am happy with my decision. Now I'm just worrying myself of proper care because I must say that Dr Alexander or the staff don't give you much to go by other than the postop paperwork explaining when you should return for follow up. I will give the office a call tomorrow about my concerns. I will be having my local physician who performed my hysterectomy last year, to remove my sutures next week.

Thank you for sharing your progress - I hope the suture removal went smoothly too and you're continuing to heal well.

Thank you. It did.
