For the last couple of years, I had become highly dissatisfied with the size of my breasts. I had my first breast augmentation in 2013 and had 325cc placed under the muscle through the areola.
I am only 154cm and weighed 41 kilos at that time. Fast forward six years later and a 10-kilo weight gain, my breasts looked disproportionately large and long for my frame.
My areolas also stretched out, and they were about 10 cm in diameter which further contributed to my discontent.

Revision Breast Implant together with Breast Lifting through areaolas

I was contemplating removal of breast implants but knew I would require a lollipop breast lift and the top part of my breasts would look like empty sacs, even though I had a lot of breast tissue already. I was also worried that due to my Asian ethnicity, I might be prone to keloid scarring.
Dr Chakarin listened to all of my concerns and suggested that I go for 200 cc round implants. He would also place the implants lower and perform an areola reduction which would also provide a slight lift for me. It's only been four weeks post-surgery, and I cannot praise Dr Chakarin enough for totally transforming my breasts. They look and feel so natural. Additionally, his suturing of my breasts are unparalleled.
The scar is barely noticeable! I am beyond pleased, my breasts sit so nicely and follow the natural downward slope of natural breasts, instead of sitting too high on my chest which made me look like I had long sagging large cow udder like breasts!

Secondarily, he performed Vaser hi-definition liposuction on my abdomen, submental liposuction, buccal fat removal and fat transfer to my lateral buttocks (hips) and temples. I am beyond pleased; I have the quintessential hourglass body. My waist is now 60cm, and my hips are 102cm.
