25, 5'3, 155-160lbs, breast lift, 385cc Sientra implants & abdomen lipo

After searching for about a year and a half, I found Dr. Setty on RealSelf! He was the 4th doctor I've spoken with, and after meeting him and his team it just felt right. What I was needing was definitely aligned with all the work I've seen of his, so I knew I was in good hands. :)

Some background about me: i'm 25, 5'3ish and 155-160lbs. I have one child born in 2020 - after having him, I've experienced some pretty extreme sagging and loss of volume. I didn't know what exactly I needed, but I expressed my areas of concern and showed some goal images to Dr. Setty and really just let him decide what would suit me best based on all of that. Best decision ever!! He knew what I needed in order to get those results and y'all he knocked it out the park!! We ended up doing a breast lift with implants (385cc sientra implants) and some lipo to the abdomen.

Right now, I am 6 days post op. I was surprised to realize the lipo pain initially was way worse than the breast pain. I really had little to no drainage which pleasantly surprised me. I'm pretty bruised on the breasts, and really not bruised on the lipo areas at all. Obviously there is a little swelling but I can definitely see that I'm way more contoured than I was before.

Y'all. words can't describe how happy I am with the results!! After surgery, there was never a single moment of regret or wishing I had done anything differently. Obviously, I still need to fully heal, but the whole process has been so perfect so far. His team was so great to me and helped put my mind at ease before and after surgery. I'm starting a fan club 10/10 recommend!!
