The results are amazing - everything about them is perfect

My experience with SkinMD Peabody and Dr. Ko’s amazing surgical team was five stars! SIX if I could. I had a mastopexy with breast augmentation (commonly known as breast lift and implants) done and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. I was hesitant and unsure about the whole process. Should I shop around? How do you choose the ‘right’ person?

I was put in touch with his surgical coordinator Madi and just WOW, she was cool, calm and collected. She totally brought my anxiety down and assured me this was a process and she would be by my side through it all. She did not disappoint, answering all my nagging questions, scheduling multiple consultations and even after surgery being on call with more nagging questions. Madi quickly became a friend and I am SO incredibly thankful for all her knowledge and guidance.

Then walked in Dr. Ko. I immediately felt comfortable with him. His bedside manner, knowledge and honesty was some of the first things I noticed about him. My husband came with me to the appt and he even agreed that Dr. Ko was it. There was no need to “shop around”. The next day we booked the surgery with him. I met with him a couple more times and every time, it just reassured me I made the right decision.

The day of surgery arrived and I tested positive for Covid. I was devastated. Madi was so quick to help me reschedule and tried everything to help me get in as quick as possible.

The day of surgery arrived and Madi and Dr. Ko introduced me to the rest of the team and they fit their puzzle perfectly. All of them were comforting, honest and understanding. My anxiety quickly disappeared during prep because I felt incredibly comfortable with every single person!

Once the surgery was complete, Madi was there to ease my nerves and to explain to my husband the next steps, even prior to that Madi was texting him updates to keep him
informed. He was very thankful for that.

In the coming days, Madi and Dr. Ko would personally check in with me making sure the healing process was smooth and comfortable. I even had a little “blip” in recovery 2 weeks post op and Madi and Dr. Ko were right there to help me through if. No middle people. It was completely transparent and I loved and appreciated that.

The results were AMAZING. I expressed to Dr. Ko I wanted my prebaby boobs back, I did not want them to look unnatural and he delivered! Everything about them are perfect and that’s thanks to his dedication and his knowledge. I couldn’t be happier with these babies.

In short, do not hesitate to move forward with Dr. Ko and team at SkinMD Peabody. You will not be disappointed. I can promise you that!
