A Breast Lift on One Side and Augmentation on the Other Side

This is an amazing doctor. The second I walked into the room he made me feel seen/heard. I decided on a D-cup. Once looking at my breast he told me that I just need to lift my “large” side and place an implant on the smaller side. After deciding this was the plan, he gave me realistic expectations(which I already knew my breast are never going to be symmetrical), and he even stated that in the many years of being in cosmetic surgery, he has never done just a lift one side/implant on the other. Pre-op was super easy, most of the staff spoke english. I was whisked away to surgery once I was cleared and had no complications. I was brought back to the hospital room and stayed the rest of the day there. I decided at night I wanted to go back to my hotel, so the staff discharged me with no issues. The next morning the office texted me to ask if I could come in for a follow up! The doctor was so happy with his work, he held my hand and asked how I felt. Of course I was happy, it’s exactly what I wanted! He even asked for his phone to take pictures! He wished me luck on my ride home and told me to update them with pictures every month! I definitely recommend Dr. Gutierrez Romero, please go in with realistic expectations and he will definitely try to get you to your wanted image!
