Would Not Reccomend

Initially things were okay even tho my two in person consults with him were rushed. The pre-op consult he was checking his phone, responding to messages while talking to me but at that point I had already paid him so I was hoping his results will be worth it. My last follow up day I got a message asking if I could be there sooner and within 20 min as Dr. Reyes had to leave. I was able to show up as I stayed near his practice, he looked at me for 25 seconds.

Some months later my left breast was still sitting high and it became evident I’ll need a revision. That’s when things changed. They told me my claim is pending with Motiva, I followed up with Motiva and they said they received noting on my behalf. I requested my surgical files as per Motiva and never received them. Requested a day for revision and was given the runaround. They offered me one date which didn’t work for me. Any date I suggested didn’t work I guess. Lots of my messages went unanswered and ultimately even tho I paid for enhanced protection with Motiva I had to pay another surgeon for a whole new surgery to correct Dr Reyes’s work.

All in all it was a physically, mentally and emotionally draining experience. If you want a professional surgeon who will be by your side even when things go sideways look for someone else as Dr Reyes doesn’t care once he has your money.
