I have wanted to get my breasts done for years. Before pregnancy and breastfeeding did a number on them even. Before pregnancy and breastfeeding I was an E cup, after I was a deflated D-DD depending on the bra. I choose Dr. Vagotis for my procedure cause she made me feel comfortable, answered any questions I had and understood the look that I wanted. I'm only 1 day post op but I'm pretty sure I made the right choice.

Wondering how the end result will be. I’m curious why she didn’t do an anchor lift oppose to just the donut lift. I guess it was mainly to move your nipples up and hopes the larger implant would appear lifted? Hope you’re feeling well. The healing process can sometimes be an emotional roller coaster ride. Take care and keep the updates coming.

Day 4 post op

Figured I'd do an update and also include some more info. Day 2 and 3 were rough. But my boobs seem to be doing well. Idk if it's actually helpful, but I've been taking "HealFast" along with all the other meds. Implants are Mentor memory gel, smooth, round, unders and 800cc. I'm 5'3", 150lbs and 33 years old. I birthed and breastfed 3 kids for all at minimum a year. I'm a pretty open book, so any questions, feel free to ask.

Hello! You already look amazing, I love the results! I know I'll definitely have them done as well after breastfeeding (a lot later in life, I'm still a student), but I was wondering if the implant got inserted through the areola? If that allows you to skip the scar underneath the breast, then why isn't this the standard? Do you feel there are any drawbacks of the method you chose?

I haven't seen any drawbacks as of yet. My surgeon chose that incision point and type of lift. I'm happy with it as the scar should be hidden in the areola.

Day 9 Post-op

Starting to feel a bit more normal. Started weaning myself off the meds on day 6 and haven't taken anything except the muscle relaxer today. They still seem to be doing pretty well. Kinda concerned about the steristrips cause the nurse said that they'd fall off in a week or two and they haven't even started coming up yet. Don't know if that means my incisions are taking longer to heal or what but I have a checkup in office this coming Monday. I do have some underlying health issues(Hashimoto's, early onset osteoporosis), so it could be something with them. Either way, I'll do a other update Monday.
