Mastoplexy w/ implant replacement

Everything seems to be going to really well. Only issue now is the left implant is dropping and the right one is not. I now have to push down on the right implant hard for one minute three times a day, massage in the right breast only, and wear a band in a manner that only pushes down the right breast. Attached a picture, but because my right arm is up it makes it look like the right implant is even higher than it really is. Things still look much better than they did a few weeks ago.
