WORTH IT
So today was the day!!
I’m a mama of 4, all of whom I breastfed! So this surgery has been a long time coming!!!
I’m super happy with how things went! The nurses, surgery center staff, and Dr. Loutfy were all absolutely amazing!!
I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I started with a deflated, 34-36B
And I went with Allergan Inspira SRF’s in 650cc’s!
I’m 5’ 7” , 169 lbs, with more so “athletic/curvy on bottom” build!

Drains coming out!!
MamaMB09February 26, 2021
Had a follow up yesterday and Dr. said everything looked great! He said for 24hrs out everything looked darn near perfect, and that they were super symmetrical! Woohoo! Was very happy to hear that!!
Headed to my drs appt again today to get the drains removed!!
Can’t wait to be a little more free/comfortable!!
More updates to come!

Why did you need drains for your BL/BA? Everything ok? You don't see it often sometimes in other countries. It's interesting how it's different from Dr. to Dr. Happy healing dear.

Hi! & thank you!
Everything was perfectly ok, I think it was mostly to watch/pay attention to how much drainage was coming out and if everything was clotting appropriately.
They mentioned liking to see only a certain amount of blood and it start to change into your own “fluid/discharge” that indicates healing. I guess it can help watch for potential hematomas. So I got them removed today (post op day 2!)

High, tight, and sore!
I had my BL/BA on Wednesday at 11:30am, I remember getting home around 4pm I believe.
Basically have just been resting, and *trying* to sleep/relax. It’s so hard to do that haha
I purchased a wedge pillow and had a neck pillow I’ve been using for bed time!
Best piece of advice thus far for anyone planning to have theirs done... stay on top of your pain pills and muscle relaxers!!!! Can’t stress it enough. Also just started with the ice as well!
Will continue to update as I go along in the recovery process!
