From great to not so great pretty fast

I went in for my consultation with Dr. Greco in May 2023 and thought it went great. I ended up booking surgery that same day! I did a lot of research beforehand. I told him I wanted the “fake” augmented look with a lot of upper pole fullness! I wanted it to be obvious I had gotten them done. I went in knowing that I wanted large implants around 500cc, silicone, under the muscle, high profile, and that I wasn’t sure if I needed a lift or not. He told me that he recommended I go over the muscle and that I only needed a small lift (lollipop lift). I trusted him since he does this for a living and should know what’s best. He was ok with the large implants I wanted with high profile. I told him “like Dolly Parton, but not as much in your face, but noticeably augmented”. He agreed that he could give me that look! I was quoted $9K and was ok with that!
Fast forward to surgery day…it went great, I had a good recovery and was happy with results! 1 month post op, still happy with results. After that is when I started noticing changes. My breasts started to sag more, and I noticed my nipples were really high! I had NO upper pole fullness. At my 4 month post op, he acted like they looked great. I voiced my concerns and asked him if I was bottoming out, he took another look and said that I was in fact bottoming out some and that some of the skin from my abdomen had moved up. He told me that to get the results that I wanted, I would need to have a bigger lift(transverse incision), move placement of implants to under the muscle, and add stratice to keep them in place…quoted $11K!!!! I was shocked!! I saved for a very long time to get this surgery which had been a long time dream, now I’m expected to pay that to get the results I thought I was getting in the first place?! And I’m confused why we didn’t do the full lift in the first place.
I just had my almost 1 year follow up and he didn’t say much difference, didn’t even take updated pictures. I was hoping to see if they have gotten any worse. A week later I was sent 3 different quotes on surgeries that I could have to somewhat help the problem. The quotes ranged from $6K-11K!! I do think Dr. Greco is a good surgeon and can do good work. These problems also had to do with my skin elasticity. What upsets me is that I know MANY people and follow many BA pages and from what I’ve seen, most surgeons within the first year stand by the results they promise and usually fix the problem & make it right and only charge the patient anesthesia cost. It’s crazy that I just paid $9K and now I’m expected to pay $11K more. Shopping is no fun since my nipples hang out of EVERYTHING! Very disappointing.

Dr. Greco is absolutely amazing!!! I came in for my consultation and had such a great experience, that I decided to book my surgery the same day!
