Lift with saline implants

I am a mother of two children and breastfed both. I was a 34C before and went up to to a DDD when breastfeeding. So afterwards I was quite stretched out and saggy to say the least. I have been thinking of getting a breast augmentation for a couple of years now and had met with multiple doctors. The last one I met with was Dr. Wolfe April and felt that he was the one I wanted to go with.
My procedure was May 23rd and I am currently 1 day post-op. I had a lift done along with saline implants. Everything went well with the surgery and everyone was very nice. I was extremely nervous so the whole day was kind of a blur. My surgery was at 2 pm and I was on my way home by around 5:30pm.
I am very tight, swollen and sore which is to be expected, but as long as I stay on top of my pain meds I am ok. Last night I fell behind and was in quite a bit of pain. Everything seems to look ok, although I haven’t taken off my bra to look. I’m planning on showering tomorrow and I’ll update then.

I would highly recommend him from everything so far. He was the 3rd surgeon I met with and felt not comfortable with him and his staff. It’s early into my recovery by loving it so far!

Post-op day 3

I am on day 3 post-op and starting to feel like I have a little more movement and not quite as much pain. I definitely hit a wall mid day and realize I need to slow down and rest. I showered yesterday and felt much better afterwards.
Today I am dealing with more swelling and bloating/constipation (sorry tmi) from the oxy, so I’m trying to cut that out and use just ibuprofen instead. Also, the Valium is really helping with the tightness, but it also makes me really sleepy so hopefully tomorrow I can wait till bedtime to take it. I finally took some pictures yesterday after my shower and then today. Noticing a bit of bruising today around the nipples, but hopefully that won’t get too bad.

Hi, wondering what your height, weight and breast width are? How many cc's? Your results are looking great

I am 5’5”, 137lbs. I’m not sure what my breast width is or the exact cc’s. My left breast was bigger than my right and since I did saline he gave me a window for each breast and I was pretty out of it after the surgery, but I’m curious as to what he ended up doing. I was getting around 250-280 cc’s on my left and 350-380 on my right. I’m going to ask at my 1 week checkup in a few days and I’ll update then.

Post op day 5

Feeling a little bit less swollen today, but the oxy/surgery did a number on my stomach so I’m now just on ibuprofen during the day and Valium at night and trying to drink as much water as I can. Hopefully the bloating will start to dissipate soon. It’s been hard to not push myself throughout the day though. I showered again today and felt great, but that wore me out and finally I had to take a Valium around 3 to help with the tightness and pain in my chest and back. I’ve got some pretty good bruising on both breasts, but other than that I’m pretty happy. Just trying not to look at symmetry and size yet as it is of course too early. Also, sorry about the pictures, it’s harder to take a good selfie than I thought.
