6 week DPO
Feel great. Started lifting weights with no issues. Still keeping light but it felt okay. Jumping isn’t comfortable so I bought a breast band to hold them in place. Overall it’s all good. Nipples are healed! Trust the process!!
I’d highly suggest after showering to blow dry your bandages on cool so no moisture gets trapped. Make sure they’re dry! That would’ve avoided my nipple healing issue.
Now just working on the scars.
