Left with Wound That Won't Heal

I chose to have surgery with Serkan Balta after a friend recommended him, she'd had the same procedure amongst others. The consultation was quick but felt it was enough. Having to sign turkish forms that were vaguely explored to me did worry me. As far as I could tell everything went according to plan. However, that was 4 months ago and the stiches in my right breast did not knit together and i am left with a wound that will not heal. I have to attend a NHS would clinic twice a week for my wound to be cleaned and redressed. So I have been in touch with the coordinator Esra in Turkey who relays the information to Dr Balta who says it's gonna be ok, it looks good one moment and the next come here and I'll stitch it. I have lost faith in them both, their various suggestions have been ridiculous. Please if you're in the UK don't travel to Turkey to this surgeon, I regret ever hearing his name. Apart from the wound both breast looking uneven and are really painful.
