My experience was very disheartening to say the least. I learned of Dr. Freiman through word of mouth and have been following his work since the summer of 2020. I connected with Dr. Freiman's coordinator, Esther, in early January for a Breast Lift with Implants, paid my deposit and scheduled for 4/27. To start, throughout the entire process the surgical facility was very disorganized, chaotic, and unprofessional. My review will only reflect my experience with the doctor and my results as I will review the facility separately. From the day that I scheduled until the day I arrived in Florida for my procedure, I NEVER saw or spoke with the doctor until the actual day of surgery (even though I frequently asked). That should have been my first RED FLAG - NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT WITHOUT PROPER CONSULTATION WITH THE ACTUAL SURGEON.
My first time seeing/speaking with him was literally within the same hour that I went into the OR. He came in, introduced himself, and began drawing his surgical markings. I asked if I could show him my wish pics and his response was, "well, it doesn't work that way with lifts" and never looked at the pics. I began to describe my goals of achieving symmetry, fuller, and bigger breasts. I told him that I specifically would like to increase to Double D's or a full D (coming from a B). He stated that he knew exactly what I wanted and he "thinks I'm going to be really happy with my results". Overall, that one conversation was less than 10 minutes. I never even tried on any implants and he left the room. Fast forward, I awake from the procedure and find out that I had only been given 330cc in my right breast and 345cc in my left. My left breast was VERY swollen (huge) but I attributed that to the difference in size. My post-op was the very next day and I saw a Nurse Practitioner, not the doctor, and complained about the size. She recommended that I give the implants time to adjust.
Day 2 of post-op, my left breast was even bigger with lots of bruising at the bottom and pain. Concerned about a hematoma, I emailed Dr. Freiman with pics and he confirmed that indeed that's what it looks like, and I was instructed to come back that following Tuesday to have it corrected. On 5/4, I went in for the procedure of having the hematoma drained. I met with the Clinic Manager, Judith, who was very rude, unapologetic, and showed no empathy just stated that I would have to pay an additional $800 to drain the hematoma! Needless to say, I was livid, disgusted, and just ready to go home at that point. Why would a patient be charged to resolve a complication?! Just wanting the experience to be over, I paid to have the drainage done. Again, I had a post-op the very next day still not with the doctor but with the Nurse Practitioner. To this day, I have not had Dr. Freiman or anyone from the facility follow up or reach out to see how things are going. I have been following up with a surgeon here in my home state. The overall experience was a disaster. I am now 11 weeks in and I am VERY unhappy with my results! As you can see in the pics that I included, my breasts still sits pretty low, no fullness, and not close to a size D. I am literally wearing the same bras that I wore before surgery! The only good result, which is why I gave 2 stars, is the symmetry and my scars are healing well.
While it is some progress from where I started, I am really disappointed because I have wanted this procedure for over 10 years, spent all of this time and money, had a complication, and will need a revision. I have already had a consultation with another surgeon, but I have to wait 6 months from surgery and will need to pay full price all over again. If you pay close attention, you will notice that the reviews and pics of his amazing results rarely if at all includes lift jobs. Please be mindful of that when researching your surgeon's work. I know this post is very lengthy but I am hoping that my experience benefits someone.

For what it's worth, your twins look exactly how I wold like to end up. I'm hoping for the same surgery, breast lift with augmentation. The sad part is, it's not what YOU wanted. Sorry you're going through it. How much have you paid in total? Do you have any before pics, by chance?

Hello! The procedure itself was $6500. There were other costs such as COVID testing and aftercare items (surgery bra, scar gel, etc) which I paid about $345 for plus the $800 to remove the hematoma. I will say that I am pleased with the lift, but that’s it. I feel like he gave me what HE wanted me to have and not what I wanted. I was hoping to get the minimum of 400cc’s if not more which is why I asked for Double D’s or a full D. There were a few patients that I met during my post-op visit who was complaining of the same thing. I’ve added a before pic and a few post-op. I would definitely still recommend a Breast Lift with Augmentation but just be sure to have a thorough consultation with the surgeon before you pay any money. Good luck on your journey!

I also had a hematoma and I'm SHOCKED they made you pay to have it drained!!

I was floored!! I actually ended up in a screaming match with the clinic manager because of her poor, unprofessional choice of words. At one point, she even had the audacity to say, “hey, it’s not our fault”! I wouldn’t recommend CG Cosmetics to my worst enemy!

Sorry you don't like your results! Have you considered Dr. Revis in Ft. Lauderdale?

Thank you! I recently found out about him after reading reviews from other patients on here. I’ve been looking into his work.

I've been looking for a Dr. for my breast lift for like 5 years because I didn't want that vertical scar and ran across Dr. Revis who invented the Internal Bra Lift. I love his work and finally booked surgery for November. I'm currently 1000cc's silicone that I got in Colombia but I'm going back to the original 800cc HP silicone I had.

You went through a lot. I'm sorry you had to go through all of that but I agree with HeyNiceBody, they look nice. I get my lift and implants today. I would be happy with your results.

How te u feeling? U must be on our second day today. I'm nervous. I have a consultation on 7/16/21, my 42nd birthday, and I can't wait! Only thing bothering me is why if he wants me to get a mammogram. I don't want to squash my floppy boobs!

Heeey. I'm feeling ok. I have my moments. I got my dressings changed and massage today. The massage wasn't as bad as I thought. The dressing change was painful because my nipple aren't closed in one small part. They are draining. That hurt. The alcohol was my friend either smh. Overall I feel better knowing I'm well cleaned bc no infection no no hematomas. I'm super swollen though. I had a look at them and I'm pleased thus far. I haven't looked in the mirror yet but from looking down, they look good. As far as our mammogram, they may need a mammogram that was performed in a 12 month period. I had my doc to write a letter saying all was well. I'll be 44 in August. This is my last and final surgery. My BBL and my boobs are done. I was thinking of getting more back fat taken out but I think that's enough. This stuff can get addictive, lol.

I wanted to include pics of before and after surgery including pics of the hematoma in my left breast. The hematoma was pretty painful and I could barely lift my arm, but after it was removed pain was very minimal. I only felt a bit sore and some tightness which is normal.
