How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Before and After Photos
I wanted to include pics of before and after surgery including pics of the hematoma in my left breast. The hematoma was pretty painful and I could barely lift my arm, but after it was removed pain was very minimal. I only felt a bit sore and some tightness which is normal.
Not Happy; Honest Review
My experience was very disheartening to say the least. I learned of Dr. Freiman through word of mouth and have been following his work since the summer of 2020. I connected with Dr. Freiman's coordinator, Esther, in early January for a Breast Lift with Implants, paid my deposit and scheduled for 4/27. To start, throughout the entire process the surgical facility was very disorganized, chaotic, and unprofessional. My review will only reflect my experience with the doctor and my results as I will review the facility separately. From the day that I scheduled until the day I arrived in Florida for my procedure, I NEVER saw or spoke with the doctor until the actual day of surgery (even though I frequently asked). That should have been my first RED FLAG - NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT WITHOUT PROPER CONSULTATION WITH THE ACTUAL SURGEON.
My first time seeing/speaking with him was literally within the same hour that I went into the OR. He came in, introduced himself, and began drawing his surgical markings. I asked if I could show him my wish pics and his response was, "well, it doesn't work that way with lifts" and never looked at the pics. I began to describe my goals of achieving symmetry, fuller, and bigger breasts. I told him that I specifically would like to increase to Double D's or a full D (coming from a B). He stated that he knew exactly what I wanted and he "thinks I'm going to be really happy with my results". Overall, that one conversation was less than 10 minutes. I never even tried on any implants and he left the room. Fast forward, I awake from the procedure and find out that I had only been given 330cc in my right breast and 345cc in my left. My left breast was VERY swollen (huge) but I attributed that to the difference in size. My post-op was the very next day and I saw a Nurse Practitioner, not the doctor, and complained about the size. She recommended that I give the implants time to adjust.
Day 2 of post-op, my left breast was even bigger with lots of bruising at the bottom and pain. Concerned about a hematoma, I emailed Dr. Freiman with pics and he confirmed that indeed that's what it looks like, and I was instructed to come back that following Tuesday to have it corrected. On 5/4, I went in for the procedure of having the hematoma drained. I met with the Clinic Manager, Judith, who was very rude, unapologetic, and showed no empathy just stated that I would have to pay an additional $800 to drain the hematoma! Needless to say, I was livid, disgusted, and just ready to go home at that point. Why would a patient be charged to resolve a complication?! Just wanting the experience to be over, I paid to have the drainage done. Again, I had a post-op the very next day still not with the doctor but with the Nurse Practitioner. To this day, I have not had Dr. Freiman or anyone from the facility follow up or reach out to see how things are going. I have been following up with a surgeon here in my home state. The overall experience was a disaster. I am now 11 weeks in and I am VERY unhappy with my results! As you can see in the pics that I included, my breasts still sits pretty low, no fullness, and not close to a size D. I am literally wearing the same bras that I wore before surgery! The only good result, which is why I gave 2 stars, is the symmetry and my scars are healing well.
While it is some progress from where I started, I am really disappointed because I have wanted this procedure for over 10 years, spent all of this time and money, had a complication, and will need a revision. I have already had a consultation with another surgeon, but I have to wait 6 months from surgery and will need to pay full price all over again. If you pay close attention, you will notice that the reviews and pics of his amazing results rarely if at all includes lift jobs. Please be mindful of that when researching your surgeon's work. I know this post is very lengthy but I am hoping that my experience benefits someone.
