So far all looks good. Size and shape are appropriate. Healing Is good. Using scar cream. Should take another 6 weeks for finl result. Definitely worth it.

One day post-op
So far so good. Some pain but that's to be expected. I'm all wrapped up for the next 3 days. Breasts are smaller and higher. Definitely more youthful.

my original implants were below the muscle and so are the new ones.
I am now 6 weeks post op. super happy with the results so far. the size and shape is good. still little swelling. takes 3 months.

Happening today!
I underwent breast augmentation about 8 years ago with a well known doctor on Long Island. I was promised a full C. I have been a top heavy DD ever since. I finally decided to take care of this. I have put this off because I have skin that scars. This morning Dr. Kevin Tehrani removed the implants, lifted the breasts, and filled it up with a much smaller round silicone implant. So far the pain is bearable. I'm posting the before photo. BTW I am 5'3", 125 lbs, 64 years old. A lot to go through at my age. Too soon to say whether or not it was worth it. But so far my experience with Dr Tehrani has been positive.

hello, your story sounds alot like mine, i am also very top heavy DD and i just im ready to go smaller, i def think i will need a lift as well . would love to see your after pictures. were you in a lot of pain ? and how is your cut from the lift ? is it a big scar ?
I am about 11 days post op. the pain was not unbearable. only took 2 pain pill. I would say more discomfort than pain. I went back to work in about 3 days. nothing physical. I will post a pic later. there is much bruising and yes there are scars. no getting around it. still swollen but so far it's all good
well it sounds like you are doing well. my first surgery I did not have much pain at all and it was a tummy tuck and breast Augmentation with lift , and some lipo. I asked about the cut on the lift cause I did not have a bad cut at all when she did my lift. and I think I need one done again when I get the smaller implants. can't wait to see your pics.
I’d love to see the results. And 64 is not too old! You have great skin.
