Mom of one/ breastfed, 27 y/o, 5'3" and 114lbs
I was very nervous but I've seen his work in person before and it looked great. I decided to go to him because I don't want the intense scars of a full lift. The recovery is way better than I thought it would be. The worst part was sleeping on my back but everything else was fine and I was never in a ton of pain.
The Steri-Strips are not off yet and its killing me because I can't wait to see how my nipples heal. I have a 450cc and a 500cc implant (i had severe asymmetry before.) And I was a little smaller in breast size when I went in for surgery than I was in my before picture because in my before picture I had just stopped breast-feeding.

Wow! They look amazing! My before is similar. It's hard to tell from the photos but you didn't need an anchor lift??! What kind of lift did he give you in terms of scars? Cause I don't see any underneath...

Thank you! I definitely thought I would need an anchor lift but my friend got a good result from him without one and she breastfed too. I asked him and he said the anchor lift wasn't necessary. Upon my own research, doctors usually prefer the anchor lift because it gives a better result in terms of shape and can lift higher. I ended up choosing to just do the donut mastopexy to save myself from the scars and decided if it didn't give enough lift I'd eventually revise with an anchor lift. The scars are all the way around my nipples the way they would be with an anchor lift but no where else. So far I'm super happy and they're perkier than I thought they would be!

I got the anchor lift and it left my poor breasts flat and disfigured on the bottom. I really regret it.

ugh that is awful.. I am so sorry to hear...I've been looking at surgeons this past month as haven't found any good ones for breasts lifts where I like all the images. Curious if you don't mind sharing what surgeon u went with.. are you thinking about a revision now?

I am admittedly not the best with scar treatment consistency (it takes off my tan) and i already scar poorly as is so I would like to have them lasered in the near future but i am super happy with shape and size
