Finally! A revision that got me my wish boobs.

Just to show how remarkable of a job Dr. Steely did

I was blessed with C-cups since 13 years olds, but with big boobs came with large areolae, large nipples, and pointing downwards. My partners never complained (some complimented), but it made me unhappy my whole life. My first unsuccessful lift was a benelli lift, by a surgeon, that in retrospect, did not have much experience with this type of lift, but did it anyways since I refused to get a full lift with a vertical scar. I just didn't think a vertical scar was a good trade off for a lift, for me it was equally distracting. I was very unhappy with the result. The suturing was terrible, I had large scars afterwards, the incisions were uneven and the areolae stretch much more then they were before. I tried tattooing it to cover the scars but it made it look even larger. I wish he had turned me away, instead of taking a case he was not confident in. Other surgeons at least gave me that consideration. This one seemed to want the case more.
After a year I got consults with new doctors in Houston, and 5 all of them either would only a full lift with implants, only lift no implants, and one said it was too high risk for him to even try. I was very discouraged until I met Dr. Steely. I said he could do a proper benelli lift with implants, and that he trained under Dr. Benelli directly here in Houston. The surgeon that turned me away, who also knew of Dr. Steely said, if Dr. Steely said he can do it, then I would believe him. After reviewing Dr. Steelys before and after pics, I finally decided to move forward.
I've been burned before trusting a surgeon, so it was so scary taking another leap of faith. Dr. Steely and Cindy were amazing through out. The surgery went well, he called after, and had plenty of check ins scheduled. What made me so happy was after the 3rd week, when we took the tapes off, I noticed my areolae were starting to stretch again. I emailed Cindy, and they brought me in the same day to retape to stop the stretching of the areolae. I was floored that they cared so much post op. And it worked! 6 weeks later, and the retaping really did help stop the stretching until the incision area was strong enough. I'm sooooooooo thankful for such a skilled and compassionate team, pre and post op!!! Benelli lift with implants is no joke. It is rare to meet a surgeon that not only does it, but is confident, and does it WELL!!
I'm writing this review bc of my gratitude for Dr. Steely and hopefully more women that need a lift but do NOT want a vertical scar, can find a surgeon that is truly skilled at performing benelli lifts with implants. I wish everyday I met him first!!
