Breast Lift, Fat Grafting, Implants and then Revision from 415 cc to 775 cc

So lets start from the beginning.
I had hypomastia, tubular breasts and ptosis. The surgeon recommended to proceed in 2 steps (surgeries). First was lift on both sides + fat grafting on one side, additionally i asked for armpit liposuction. It was my first surgery and first general anesthesia in my life so i was a bit scared but i dreamed about this since i was 12, once i noticed that something was wrong with my breasts.
Surgery lasted 2 hours, everything went well and on the next day i went home ( it was 8 hour ride by the train, quite an experience though :) )

As u see, after fat grafting theres a lot of bruising, adding a picture of a second day after surgery.
Doctor used glue for stitches so it might look scary:)

6 months after my first surgery, after i healed completely i went for implants.
Surgeon choose Mentor, anatomy shape, moderate plus profile 415cc implants, it was the maximum that i could get without getting my nipples look down.
Im a pretty big girl, 160lb and 65 inches, so they gave me a C and in some brands D cup, but still they were “flat to me” and smaller than i expected. Also, the right boob started to look really strange, and I don’t know but maybe tuberous looking? So i decided to go for revision

2 weeks ago i had an implant revision and a nipple lift on right side, as the boob there looked awful.
I switched from Mentor 415 cc anatomy shape, moderate profile to 775 cc Motiva Ergonomix high profile. I would love to go bigger but it was the biggest implant that my surgeon had and it was the biggest that she ever used. So i was the first person in her 15year practice that wanted to get these big implants, strange right?
Right now, the right boob looks bigger, i even got stretch marks there, and from down it looks fuller and wider that the left one that didn’t had a nipple lift the last time. I really hope that its because its swallen due to the lift and in the end they will get even and finally ill get the result that I wanted so much!
Switching from anatomy to round should take some time in order to stretch my skin and make my boobs look more round, as currently they are still “anatomy” shaped from the previous implants.

As a matter of fact i want them to have this round and fake look, so fingers crossed
