Extremely Disappointed - Unacceptable Results and Service

I underwent breast surgery with this surgeon in 2022, costing me over $21,000, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. I am left with waterfall deformity and oval, saggy nipples that point downward. These results are nothing like what I was expecting or what I trusted the surgeon to deliver, especially given his reputation.

At my 12-month follow-up, the surgeon did not point out any issues with the outcome, and I naively assumed that things would improve with time. When I finally brought up my concerns and scheduled another appointment, I was shocked to hear him say that the deformities were "something that sometimes happens" and that it would cost me an additional $11,000 to fix them.

Throughout the entire process, I found the surgeon to be dismissive, lacking in communication, and not at all informative. Despite his good reputation, I felt ignored and unvalued as a patient. I trusted him with my body, and now, after this surgery, I am left with larger, droopier, and deformed breasts, plus a significant financial burden.

I am deeply upset that my concerns were not addressed earlier and that I am now facing the reality of needing corrective surgery at a considerable extra cost. This experience has had a severe negative impact on my self-esteem and overall well-being. I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone.
