4 weeks post op
Just a quick update! I'm just a few days shy of 4 weeks post op. I still love my results, my healing is going great, and I think my scars are looking pretty good. I think there's days when I stare to hard and can pick out every small imperfection but looking at my before pictures really snaps me back to reality. I have sharp shooting pains occasionally but nothing horrible. I went back to my the gym today but didn't doing anything the made my arms or band strain.
Finding a bra is difficult but I settled on a Victoria secret dream angel 36DDD.

6 days post op
So tomorrow will officially make a week post op and I'm itching to get back to my normal routine, going to the gym, and picking up my son! Unfortunately, because I'm not quite there, I have to do other things to occupy my time. I worked a 13 hour shift yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I felt a bit woozy mid day and sat for a little bit and felt better. My chest did feel really heavy today though, not painful, just heavy! I decided I needed to find a more supportive sports bra. I tried some at Target, Kohls, and then Ross before settling on a Puma sports bra that I'm not sure is the best fit but it's the best I could find. I knew going in to this that having a small rib cage and wanting to
be "so busty" was going to be a challenge when it came to clothing, bras, and bathing suits but the pros outweighed the cons! I have always had a large chest 34F at my largest size, but my weight has always fluctuated and the first thing to come or go with my weight was my breasts. And then after three kids and finally getting down to a size five...my poor deflated boobs could probably be rolled up to fit in to a C cup.
Anyhow! I tried some clothes on for fun today while looking for a bra, and I always send pictures to my husband while he stands out and waits for me ;) ! Im definitely still swollen, my left side has dropped a little more than the right, but I'm still super happy with my results.

Dr Hedden and his staff were awesome. I did have a long wait before surgery (told to be there at 12:30, didn't get in to surgery until around 6:30) but the doctor was very apologetic and kind about it. I would definitely travel again to see Dr Hedden!
