First time trying on swimwear post op!
WORTH IT
What a completely different experience!! I have a draw full of swim wear as it used to be a depressing experience trying to find one that would look ok! I was going swimming with the family today so got them all out to try on. It is was the first time in my LIFE that I was happy with my reflection!!! Even before children.
As it’s been winter and haven’t hadn’t the opportunity to wear summer things this is the first time I have experienced not wanting to hide myself. It was so exhausting!

Four months post op
I can’t believe it’s been four months. Some times I have to pinch myself and say did I really do it. So glad I did. Although this period has been over the winter so haven’t yet seen the benefits of wearing strap tops etc yet (was so self conscious about that and used to try and hide my upper half) I have seen a big improvement to my self esteem and wearing winter clothes.
I have my check up in a couple of weeks with Dr Pacifico. He was so caring and kind and really couldn’t recommend him enough.
I wanted the natural look and that’s what they look! I am impressed with the scars around the nipple and vertical line down - can hardly see them! The anchor scar below the breast are still red (looks worst in the picture) but it’s still early days. I am using silicon scar gel once a day. I still don’t have feeling in my nipples, hope that comes back but it’s not the end of the world if it doesn’t.
Will update again after I see Dr Pacifico.

You look great!! Your before boobs like low mine and I was told the same thing “thin skin” so my surgeon suggested smaller implants and I picked 250cc but he said he would probably put 275cc in (not a big difference he said) it’s great to see smaller implants being done as everyone is 400 plus.
Your results are amazing and it’s so interesting to see how they change. I haven’t booked mine in yet but I’m freaking out a bit! Can’t be as bad as child birth right? Lol

Are you having a lift as well?
If I had a large implant I would have looked ridiculous. They are actually quite big and I’m glad I listened to the surgeon and didn’t go any bigger but it was worrying as everyone has much larger implants.
Hey! Yes I’m getting a lift too! I’m starting at a deflated c cup so just want to perk them up and fill them out nicely! Im listening to my surgeon, it’s the best way to get best results, he said if we go too large with the implant they will just sag super quickly!

Six week update
The nerve pain has stopped. Woo hoo! Feel so much better now I’m not wearing the post op bra 24/7. I am still loosely wearing it at night. I have also only just started to try sleeping on my sides. A bit uncomfortable still.
Went out for the first time this weekend and wore a top I would never ever have worn before the op. Felt so much sexier. So next summer should be much better :): I still didn’t feel comfortable going bra free. Hopefully I will at some point.
I am really impressed with my scars. They are looking great.
