Just a Consult Review

I wanted to provide a review based on one consult with Dr.Horn. I consulted with Dr. Horn for breast lift with implant and lipo 350 with BBL. Office was pleasant enough. Dr. Horn was nice enough. He seemed to focus more on the breasts versus not too focused on giving a lot of thought of opinion on the lipo and bbl. I know he is supposedly “the breast guy” of Chicago but I think it was very apparent he was much more comfortable discussing the breast surgery vs lipo and bbl. He sort of glossed over the lipo and bbl and then all we talked about was the breasts. Which is fine but I really wanted to equally discuss both. He stepped out and let his office manager Poline speak with us and have me try on sizers. She apologized for not having an appropriately sized bra for me so that was a little off putting not to have a proper sized bra to try on the sizers. Determined possible size and profile and then the doctor took us to the 3D breast imaging machine. It was ok
Only somewhat helpful. We were informed we would get a quote via email. So we left not super impressed with the overall experience. I saw about 10 surgeons. I would rate overall office and doctor consult a 5. Not the worst of my consults but not the best. I didn’t feel confident in having surgery with him and it was probably just a personal thing for me. He was nice enough but I didn’t have a connection instinctually to go with him for such a big investment in myself. Also, when I did get the quote, it was a generic email for the wrong patient and all their info. So sort of privacy violation and when I emailed back letting them know, it was like no big deal and they sent me my quote. I would be highly upset if my quote got sent to someone else as I consider this a very private experience that I wasn’t even sharing with immediate family. I think I would suggest double checking patients names and other identifying info before sending. I’m sure this doctor does a decent job on just breast augmentations.
