Complicated Breast Implant Exchange with T-lift Reduction

I’m one week post-op from an implant exchange with downsizing (800 cc teardrop high profile “gummy bear” to 550 cc Motiva Ergonomix Demi ) accompanied by an anchor breast lift (mastopexy with an inverted-T incision). I would consider mine one of the more complicated cases considering that it’s been 20 years since my last implants and I had a previous doughnut breast lift (periareolar mastopexy) where the sutures tore on one areola and I never had it repaired. In addition I never wore a bra over the last 20 years so there was quite a bit of sagging and stretching of the tissue, muscle, and skin. Dr. Roudner also agreed it was one of his more difficult cases after surgery which took three hours longer than expected. I’ve attached a before photo along with my one week post-op. I’ll upload more photos as I progress. My review for Dr. Roudner is a 10/10. I could not be any happier or more excited about my results. Everything from the first consultation until now has exceeded all of my expectations. Throughout the entire experience he was thoughtful, thorough, patient, and professional. His entire team was nothing short of fantastic. And even though I’m only one week out and have some time to go to “drop and fluff” I think my breasts are going to be perfect and I can tell that my scars are going to look symmetrical and as good as it can possibly get. I have known many plastic surgeons over the years, and I’ve heard many horror stories from friends about all of them. I also know many people who have gone to Dr. Roudner or know him personally, and I’ve never heard a negative thing about him. This is why I chose him to begin with. And I’m so glad that I did.
