Breast Lift with Implant Exchange
WORTH IT$11,000
I have been needing to get my implants exchanged and a breast lift for the past 10 years or so. After I had my BBL in July I knew this would be my next procedure once I was all healed. I decided to go to Dr. Sayed private practice in Newport Beach as I loved his work but I wasn't too fond of the whole Jolie Plastic Surgery Center experience.
We had a phone consultation and everything he said was exactly what I was wanting. We booked the procedure, I flew in, came to his office for my pre op appointment, took pictures and went over everything. I was feeling super excited about surgery the following day. I Arrived at the surgery center at approximately 8:30 a.m. and went into surgery at about 9:30 a.m. The anesthesiologist that they had on for my surgery case was kind of a bit harsh and I was feeling super nervous about him. Dr. Sayed was so sweet he knew I was feeling nervous and he came to the side of my bed and held my hand as I was being put to sleep.
Surgery lasted about 5 and a 1/2 hours there was a minor complication my body temperature dropped right after he was all done with the procedure and my lips and nipples turn purple. He said my face, hands and feet were white as well. They had to unstitched the nipples put nitroglycerin cream on and hot compresses to bring up my temperature and then reattach everything . Thankfully all turned out good. The pain has been very minimal compared to the pain I had with my BBL. Here are a few pics. I will keep updating as things change.

Hi, I'm exactly the same as u, 5f2, 55kg, and was a 32C . I had 200cc moderate plus implants put in 3months ago.overs! I'm now a 34D, nobody has noticed I've had them done as I
wore slightly padded push up bras before, but now for the first time in my life I don't need underwire, push up. Which is what I wanted! (No one to know) I do wish I went slightly bigger a 225-250cc as I loved them when they were swollen more lol . But that's the boob greed. I have got what I asked for. X

1 Week Post Op
Today is 1 week post op. I have zero pain and have about 95% of my energy back. I am loving the way they are looking starting to soften with each day a drop a bit. I will keep posting updates for anyone that is interested in this procedure. Dr. Sayed is a Plastic Surgeon GOD!

Omg they look amazing! I am getting this exact procedure in two weeks and I am so happy to hear you’re doing well and love the work. What about the BBL you mentioned you had? Did Dr Sayed do it too?

3 Weeks Post Op
It's been 3 weeks and at week 2 I removed the tape that covered the incisions and saw a very open and infected area right at the T junction and around my nipples. I text Dr. Sayed a picture and he called me right away and asked me to see a local PS that day. I found one and was able to be seen that afternoon. He said it's called delayed healing and it was infected of course. The way to fix this is to keep the tape off, wash the areas with dial soap, apply bacitracin and gauze , and take another week long course of antibiotics. I noticed all of the infected areas still had stitches that didn't resolve. At 3 weeks post op I went back and had all of the left over stiches removed and some dead tissue. They said it's dond heal up better now.
I also noticed at the 2 week mark that my right breast appears larger then my left. I am really hoping this gets better.

They look amazing, congratulations. What did the doctor say about the scars? Has he recommended a gel or cream?
